Personalisation is entered directly on the product page before you add the item to your basket. Options vary depending on the product, but you’ll always see fields to add names, messages, dates, or sometimes images. Simply follow the prompts to customise your gift.
Because each item is personalised and made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and our team will be happy to help.
As all items are personalised to order, please allow up to 10 working days for dispatch. We always aim to ship sooner where possible. During busy seasonal times (e.g. Christmas), orders may take a little longer, so we recommend ordering early.
At present, we offer a standard flat-rate delivery service of £3.00 per order. This applies no matter how many items you order. Express delivery may be available on certain products, please contact us before ordering if you need something urgently.
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it quickly to avoid delays. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but changes can’t always be guaranteed once production has started.
